Major Duties and Functions Include: Monitor and take action on assigned processing queues. Review transaction requests to ensure paperwork is in good order. Contacts Sales Representatives to obtain missing information or documentation for requests determined to be not in good order. Review and process check deposits and disbursements. Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to. Meet internal benchmarks. What You Need to Succeed: Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Pershing System, preferred Experience in financial services industry, preferred Understanding of Individual Retirement Accounts and the IRS regulations governing these types of plans. Understanding of Qualified Plans and the IRS regulations governing them. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Able to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Customer service oriented. Work well independently and as part of a team. Able to work overtime when necessary. Flexible with cross training and learning new functions within the group.
