Broker Dealer Imaging / Document Specialist

Major Duties and Functions Include: Prepares incoming paperwork, including applications, checks, and other documents for scanning and imaging on the imaging system. Opens, date stamps and sorts mail received. Separates images by document type, client account numbers and name, and sales representative. Routes images to appropriate area for handling. Monitors and manages assigned queues. Maintains daily logs of incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Verifies received mail against transmittal logs and escalates discrepancies to management. Quality reviews the work of others. Creates query's to obtain account information and archived documents using the imaging system software. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
