Position purpose:



This position exists primarily to develop strategic selling arrangements between

GamePlan and Broker Dealers.

The teammate filling this position is expected to be the primary contact with BDs

from initiation of an agreement, to the development of a fruitful, win-win business

relationship.



Position scope:



The VP of Business Development interacts primarily with Sales and Marketing to achieve their objectives.



By establishing BD relationships, GamePlan can penetrate a relatively untapped portion of the financial services industry. Increased numbers of new advisors recruited by GamePlan as well as the associated premium will continue to fuel GamePlan’s growth.



Key Functions:



Prospecting for new BD relationships

Penetration of Existing Alliance Master contract agreements and developing relationships with FINRA member firms that sell Fixed product

Facilitating the successful ramp-up and operation of the BD selling agreements (i.e. training, CE conferences, etc.)



Qualifications:



Extensive experience within the BD marketplace as well as a working knowledge

of the fixed side of the business is a must. A Series 6 Securities license is a

must, with a Series 7 being preferred
