Collaborate with the Info Sec ID Management Team to identify new automation needs or changes to existing processes and provide solutions on items that need to be addressed. Serve as a lead in several facets of standard project life cycle activities, definition, documentation, testing transition, change analysis and drive support for recommended changes. Work with both internal audit and the Information Security Compliance teams. Responsible for creating plans to address any audit requirements. Work with business areas / LOBs to determine possible efficiencies and/or requirements that would need to go through ITIM Design future enhancements to both the GUI and application. Identifying ITIM testing requirements, develop testing specifications and execute ITIM testing functions for all phase / enhancement implementations. Create, review and update any provisioning “non-engineering” procedure documentation, recommends and implements or drives updates / changes as needed, on a quarterly basis Production support work involves participation in team schedule requiring periodic work commitments until 6 p.m. Other potential seasonal or project demands may require varying schedule commitments.
