Business Analyst/Project Manager

Leads requirements in support of the Services and Maintenance Rollouts.
Works with the Technical Lead in assigning priorities and maintaining schedules.
Collaborate with business owners, user representatives, and project team members to develop and validate requirements and application design constraints and considerations.
Provide detailed data requirements for the applications.
Collaborate with development teams creating design specifications and answering questions during construction and testing.
Assist in the creation of project and test plans, as well as test cases.
Assist during testing phase.
Assist users/clients as applicable.
Document findings using standard documentation templates and tools.
Participate in meetings as needed, communicate with Team Lead & SMEs.
Facilitate requirements meetings and working sessions.
Maintain project plans and status.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

7-9 years experience in working directly with business customers.
7-9 years experience with data and reporting requirements.
7-9 years experience identifying and capturing data and performance requirements, business rules and data definitions.
6-8 years experience in developing and supporting applications.
3-5 years project management experience.
2-4 years experience with MS project.
Experience using formal Requirements Engineering methodology.
Experience with analyzing source systems.

Pluses:

Property and Casualty Insurance Industry Experience.
Experience using Telelogic’s DOORS RM tool.
Training in Karl Wiegers’ Requirements Engineering approach.
