Business Reporting Analyst - LTC

Major Duties and Functions Include: Business analyst specializing in reports and analytics to support past, present and future LTC (Long-Term Care) Business initiatives Intermediate level subject-matter expert in LTC business principles, operations of the MetLife LTC business functional areas and the administrative system, TLC Liaison with LTC business functional areas, the Business Architecture Team, LTC IT, the Institutional Data Warehouse, and Third Party Administrators such as LTCG and Marsh @ Work in support of providing accurate and timely information and analysis Daily responsibilities may include, reviewing report requests, gathering and documenting business requirements, developing reports, analyzing business trends, interfacing with other business and IT areas and communicating analytics to upper management What You Need to Succeed: 2-4 years’ analysis and/or reporting experience Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate with business partners at all levels Ability to adhere to standard documentation requirements regarding reports and analytics Proficiency with Excel and Access Ability to learn and use additional reporting applications available to the team quickly Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively Work well both independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree preferred Knowledge of LTC product preferred Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
