CLAIMS ANALYST (BILINGUAL) - REINSURANCE

Our Latin America & Caribbean office headquartered in Miami, Florida seeks a Claims Examiner who will be resposible for the evaluation of claims submitted by Insureds and Brokers with respect to loss, applicability of coverage, review of damages and exposure analysis, to ensure a timely resolution of the loss through payment, closure, denial or recommendation of alternative dispute resolution.  The individual will be reponsible for proper documentation of the loss facts, coverage, and evaluation within the company’s claims system. Establish claims reserves and process payments within prescribed authority.  Maintain accurate and current diary of assigned claims.

 

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Claims handling in the Reinsurance or Primary Insurance Market.

Good oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

Possess good investigation, negotiation, analytical, customer service and PC Skills.

 

Experince:

5 years handling multi line claims with a preference of 3 more years in the reinsurance market.

 

 

Education:

Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
