CLAIMS REPRESENTATIVE FOR RISK MANAGEMENT - Fulton, MO

Do you have experience with Workers' Compensation claims to prepare you to investigate, negotiate and settle workers' compensation claims with supervision?  You will conduct interviews with injured employees, customers, store personnel and medical care providers and maintain telephone contact with appropriate parties thought the life of the file.If you are known for taking initiative and have shown an outstanding  ability to quickly learn new processes, and systems, this could be for you. Working knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to interpret medical reports is required. This is a career growth position that could prepare a very sharp rep for a Senior Workers' Compensation Rep role.One year Workers' Compensation experience preferred. Customer service oriented and ability to thrive in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize. Must be detail oriented and able to meet deadlines. Ability to handle confrontational situations in a mature and professional manner. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and ability to type 40 wpm. Previous exposure to insurance claims required. College degree preferred

Compensation will consist of a competitive salary based on your experience, with bonus potential.
