Call Center Supervisor

Insurance company in Rockville, MD, is searching for a Supervisor for one of their customer service call centers. Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a similar environment and will be a 'hands-on' type of supervisor.
Responsibilities include:

Manage staff and oversee daily operations of the department Direct staff workflow and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner Track staff productivity and generate weekly reports Develop department policies and procedures Assist with training on system enhancements Develop staff skills and job knowledge Assign special projects to staff to aid in professional development Monitor attendance Complete quarterly incentive figures Conduct bonus and performance appraisals

 



Qualifications include:

Customer service and/or call center experience Ability to work under deadlines Ability to motivate staff to perform at high levels Demonstrated supervisory experience
