Claims Adjuster—Berlin, Vermont

This position involves the investigation, evaluation and settlement of claims. Qualifications include: a minimum of 2 years’ related experience; excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to meet continuing education requirements for licensing purposes; and knowledge of policy contracts, insurance laws, regulations and the legal environment in which we operate. Commercial liability and claims handling experience including knowledge of CGL, NH and VT adjuster’s licenses, and college degree preferred. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

PC proficiency and good telephone and organizational skills are necessary. Must be able to work extra hours when the workload requires.
