Claims Administrator / Working Supervisor

This position oversees and participates in the hands-on daily operation of medical, dental, hospital and COBRA claims administration.  This includes enrollment, processing, billing, customer service and team performance. 

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of self-funded groups and industry developments.  A proven track record of exceeding departmental goals and ability to manage others is also preferred.  Minimum qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ year’s related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Additional requirements include MO/IL Producer’s license and advanced PC skills.
