Job ID: 17395 Posting Title: Claims Assistant- Insurance Working Location: Dallas, TX Employment Status: Full-Time Job Summary: Claims associates who perform duties necessary for the office to function, such as mail distribution, and in some instances answers mail, ensures supplies are available, and answers phones. Available to answer phone inquiries from attorneys or claimants regarding generic claims case issues. May produce additional administrative functions as needed. Must be computer literate, including Word, and Excel. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent3 or more years of related experience.Must be computer literate, including Word, and Excel.1. 1-2 years of clerical claims experience, bill paying and processing preferred.2. Knowledgeable of coverage's, processing requirements and related data processing systems.
