Claims Customer Service Rep (Part Time- Day & Afternoon Shifts)

We currently have a Part-Time Claim Customer Service Representative opportunity in our home office located in Canton, MA.

A Claim Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phones and providing prompt, exceptional customer service through direct contact with our external customers and agents, regarding claim status, general inquiries, including call transfers to claim units.  Type forms and mail correspondence.

Job requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills; organizational and problem solving skills, attention to detail with ability to multi-task; knowledge of Outlook, MS Word and Excel.

Required Hours:

We have 2 open Part-Time positions
(19 hours) available: 

1.) Monday-Wednesday 9:00A-2:00P & Thursday 9:00A-1:00P

2.) Monday- Wednesday 12:00P-5:00P &
Friday 12:00P-4:00P
