Claims Desk Adjuster

COUNTRY® Financial has openings for Auto Claims Desk Adjusters in our Central Regional Office located in Arden Hills, MN.  COUNTRY, in partnership with our agents, helps families, individuals and businesses protect their possessions and achieve financial security.  We offer a full range of insurance and financial products and services.  Our exclusive agents serve customers in 14 states.  We have 3,400 employees and 2,000 agents throughout the enterprise.

We are seeking candidates with a four year college degree, strong customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced production oriented environment. 

 Responsibilities for the position include; Completion of the claims handling process, except appraisals, on minor claims.Coordinate with appraisers on material damage claims and with vendors on property damage claims.Investigate coverage and obtain facts related to all property and casualty claims assigned.Verify and evaluate all information obtained and issue claim payments.Develop and utilize resources to best service policyholders and control claim costs.Provide professional, prompt and efficient claims service to all claim customers.
