Claims Phone Representative

We currently have an opening in our iTravelInsured claims department for a claims/phone representative. The primary responsibilities for this position will include, handling all aspects of inbound and outbound calls in regards to trip cancellation products.  The selected individual will learn to process trip cancellation claims.  After training, this individual will be a part of our telephone rotation.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of customer service, travel agency and/or medical claims experience.  Candidates must be flexible, have the ability to multi-task, as well as accept constructive feedback as the job duties are audited for accuracy.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.  Bilingual abilities would be a tremendous advantage.
