The Claims Processor Key Responsibilities are:  
• Answering phones in the claims department.  
• Taking new loss reports via phone or fax; setting up claims in the claim system.
• Processing daily transactions (opening reserves, closing reserves and issuing checks).   
• Matching checks to be mailed.

What skills you need:  
• Ability to multi-task, works with deadlines, and demonstrates initiative.  
• Excellent communication skills, excellent resonating ability, and a team player.
• Typing speed of 50 wpm and previous data entry experience.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
