Learn more about our innovative solutions, as well as our network of specialized technologies and customized career paths.   Claims Representative II, Property  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Evaluating Claims data, investigating facts and verifying coverage·  Determining liability and addressing recovery potential·  Documenting and reporting files in accordance with applicable standards·  Handling Claims with issues of moderate complexity·  Communicating with clients, customers and Vendors in order to promptly and equitably settle Claims·  Visiting customers at loss sites and thoroughly documenting damages by taking quality photographs and writing scope of repairs and estimates·  Assisting the insured and/or claimant in the securing emergency services·  Administering statements for all pertinent parties of a loss·  Attending various functions—including Mandatory Settlement-Conferences, Voluntary Settlement-Conferences, Arbitrations, Municipal-level Claims Court, etc.    A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience·  3+ years of related Claims-Adjustment experience·  Strong verbal and written communication skills·  PC literacy—including proficiency in Microsoft Word·  Strong customer-service, problem-solving and organizational skills   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint·  Ability to multi-task   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
