Claims Repricer

Health Systems International (HSI) instantly and electronically reduces the cost of medical claims via unprecendented access to the largest data base of provider networks in the US; saving our clients millions of dollars in unnecessary expense.   HSI has been serving the healthcare market since 1987.HSI is seeking individuals to fill our Claims Repricer positions.  In the role of a Claims Repricer you will be responsible for responding to contacts from accounts, providers and patients.  The contacts may be made via phone, email, fax and mail.  In this position you will be assigned to client groups and are responsible for finding the PPO providers for members within the appropriate network, resolving repricing issues/appeals and keeping the clients satisfied.  Job Requirements:Health insurance claims processing experience helpfulStrong verbal and communication skillsAbility to problem solve and make independent decisionsMicrosoft Office (Excel and Word)Specific Duties:Research reason for contact as neededRespond to person making contact within required timeframeFollow repricing proceduresMake adjustments to repriced claims as requiredDocument customer service question/issue and responseAnswer phone linesHSI offers an excellent benefit package including health, dental, vision, life, long and short term disability, 401K package, paid time off, and direct deposit.
