Learn more about our innovative solutions, as well as our network of specialized technologies and customized career paths.   Claims-Support Assistant III  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Responding to Insured and Borrower telephone-inquiries in a professional, accurate and timely manner (within Property-Casualty Claims Department’s high-volume Call Center)·  Accurately and thoroughly creating new claim, electronic Loss-Reports on the "PICASSO" Paperless Claim System·  Processing and mailing outgoing Claim paperwork and Settlement-Check packages·  Performing general office-duties and completing work-related projects (as assigned)   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills·  Excellent customer-service skills·  Capacity to multi-task and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment·  Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft-Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
