Claims Team Manager

Description:Under general direction, plan and coordinate the activities of claims service teams responsible for the management, investigation and resolution of claims. Supervise unit activity and ensure satisfactory delivery of claims services/products. Responsible for administrative and training functions of the unit, monitors reserves, ensures compliance with regulatory and company standards and provides technical guidance as may be required.Qualifications:Supervisory, organizational and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive knowledge of legal liability, general insurance policy coverage and the State's Tort Laws. College education or equivalent training plus 5-7 years directly related work experience.
