Claims Unit Manager

Our Auburn, NH Claims Office, located on Dartmouth Dr. in the Wellington Business Park is looking for an experienced Auto Claims Unit Manager.  This position is responsible for managing a claims handling unit within a claim office.  Responsibilities Maintain Key Measures at ‘Meets Expectations’ or higher. Responsible for claims results for a unit. Ensure team members provide customers with appropriate level of service and quality. Interview, hire, train, develop and monitor performance of staff. Provide leadership to unit team members. Keep files on diary and provide input and administer payment authority. Responsible for file handling quality in accordance with CG (Claims Guidelines) and Department of Insurance Regulations. Audit employees’ work. Recognize and communicate issues to Management. Perform other duties as assigned.
