Client Team Leader

Our Global Retirement Service Centers allow us to efficiently provide our public and private sector clients with detailed financial calculations and analysis such as retirement valuation work, data and benefit calculations and other regulatory and tax compliance related services. The Retirement Service Center Client Team Leader partners with the consultants in the client offices and with Business Leadership to manage the processes and operations for clients within the Retirement Service Center. This includes managing a book of business, providing high level review of client deliverables, utilizing project management processes to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of services, and leading the client delivery team.  The Retirement Service Center Client Team Leader will be responsible for some or all of the following within the scope of established procedures:Manage and coordinate the workflow and activities of the client team to ensure deliverables are met on time and on budget, including supervising and evaluating processes and staff Manage and execute an efficient process of valuations, data handling, benefit calculations and/or government forms that will support working with the local business and maintaining high quality standards Oversee client teams' collective effort to evaluate project plans and proactively address scope and plan changes Development of project budgets Development of monthly client invoicing Performance management activities include goal-setting, ongoing performance communication and review In role as supervisor, provide guidance, advice, support, and feedback Ensure adherence to all processes and peer review requirements Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, statistics or related field 5-7 years experience with Retirement Plans and/or Project Management. Pursuit or attainment of Society of Actuaries actuarial designation a plus but not required Demonstrated supervisory and project management skills required

Proven track record with developing, mentoring and training inexperienced / new employees Clear and professional communication skills Action and results-oriented Propensity for identifying and executing process improvement opportunities Strong collaborative team and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to clients
