Client Trainer

We are looking for a highly motivated, ethical, organized, self starter to join our team.

We are a highly regarded company in our industry.

We provide various business services for dental practices.

The Client Trainer will conduct trainings relating to services we provide to our clients.

The trainings are web and/or telephone based. No travel involved.

The duties of the position include but are not limited to the following:

Scheduling client trainings, demonstrate and teach procedures relating to the services that our clients have purchased from us, assist in determining training objectives, maintain an open outlook to learning, developing and applying new interactive training techniques which encourage long term client relationships.

Competencies needed: excellent attendance, good written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, exceptional external and internal customer service skills, and good reasoning/problem solving ability.

Computer skills needed: good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and web conferencing.

Monday through Friday. No weekends or evenings.

Benefits include: medical/dental/vision/life, 401(k) with 5% employer dollar for dollar match, holidays, 2 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment, personal days after 1 year of employment, 125 Cafeteria Plan.
