Job ID: 17236 Posting Title: Collections Representative II Working Location: Schaumburg, IL Employment Status: Full-Time Job Summary: Under direct supervision, collects and reconciles premiums and non-premiums (including retros and deductibles), billings and cash as well as monitors the instruments of security to maximize collections and minimize outstanding balances and delinquencies for assigned accounts within a Business Unit (BU)/region. This role has the authority to cancel policies for non-payment, and limited authority to extend credit or to negotiate and settle payment plans, but they are responsible for supporting recommendations to management. Job Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree preferred.3 or more years of related experience.
