Our client, a national organization recognized by FORTUNE Magazine as one of 'America's Fastest Growing Companies' is seeking a Commercial Insurance Lines Assistant  for a Direct- Hire position with the following skills:

 2 years of Insurance knowledge/experienceMust Possess a Property and Casualty LicenseCustomer Service and Administrative backgroundStrong computer skills - Word, Excel, Power PointMust possess great communication skills

Duties

You will assist members of the Commercial team with meeting the service needs of customers and performing essential functions that include processing changes, making calls and assuring correct information is input into the automation systems to achieve the quality and service standards developed by the agency.

Responsibilities include:Processes new policies, renewals, endorsements, certificates and audits for correct premium. Invoices all transactions as per designated Account Manager. Processes change confirmations.Assists the department in writing new business and renewals, as requested, through application assembly, setting up files, assembling proposals.Invoices all commercial premium transactions during the month.Supports the department with computer and word processing.Maintains client files both hard copy and on agency management systems.Participates in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill development.
