Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager 

This is a great opportunity for a high-energy multi-tasker.  This person will interact extensively with clients and carriers to provide all levels of service. 

 

Responsibilities will include:Support and service a wide range of commercial accounts including technology, manufacturing and contractors. Liaison between clients and carriers Keep system current and properly report all interaction Certificates, Endorsements, Binders, and Claims Marketing of renewal accounts

Requirements: Property & Casualty Insurance License Required (220 or 440) Minimum 3-5 years Commercial Agency experience Thorough understanding of insurance principles and comprehension of insurance companies Strong eye for detail and multi-taking skills Team player attitude with excellent oral and written communication skills Professional phone manner, excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation and problem solving skills Friendly, professional and courteous manner Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work and personal computers in general Experience using Applied Management Systems or AMS would be very helpful

 

Commercial Lines Account Executive


This is a great opportunity for a high-energy multi-tasker.  This person in this senior level position will interact extensively with Producer, Servicing Team, Client and Carrier to market and secure renewal coverage for primarily contracting accounts.

 

Requirements: Property & Casualty Insurance License Required  and CISR and/ CIC designations a plus College degree required Minimum 5-7 years Commercial Agency experience Minimum 3-5 years marketing experience Ability to review client coverages Maintain client retention Strong eye for detail and multi-tasking skills Team player attitude with excellent oral and written communication skills Professional phone manner, excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation and problem solving skills Friendly, professional and courteous manner Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and personal computers in general Experience using Applied Management Systems would be very helpful
