Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Job Purpose:

Assist Account Managers with the processing necessary to service commercial insurance accounts on a daily basis.

 

Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Skills and Requirments:1 Year Min. insurance agency experienceLicensed preferred, but not requiredAMS (Agency Management System) experience preferred Works well under pressure in fast-paced environmentSelf motivated, multi-taskerStrong PC skills required: Microsoft Office and Database Entry. Experienced on multi-line phone system

 

Specific Duties, Including but not limited to:Certificates of Insurance, new and renewal, with understanding of Additional Insured endorsements. Endorsements, requesting changes from insurance companies, processing endorsements when received, keeping computer updated. Cancellations, contacting clients for payment, processing reinstatements. Ordering mvrs and loss runs.
