About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and focused individual who has two years minimum insurance experience to join the Commerical Lines Team as a Customer Service Representative. 

This is an amazing opportunity to join Pacific Oaks Insurance Services, LLC and endure a phenomenal learning experience. Who services customers, completes business transactions, process renewals and endorsements, client satisfaction, and quality results.

The Qualifications To Be The Successful Candidate: 

- 2- 3 Years Commercial Lines Insurance Experience. P&C Licensed.

- Exceptional Phone Skills, efficiently handles calls as they come in, ansfer and directs inquiries.


- New business, renewal marketing and follow up of insurance accounts.
- Ability to do crossover Marketing/Related account development. 

- Be enthusiastic about what you do for a living each day. 

- Works productively within a team environment. 

- Prioritize and organize daily work with effective time management skills.

- Strong Multitasking skills and ability to complete several concurrent tasks. 

- Speak clearly and effectively in a variety of settings. 

- Intermediate level PC skills including knowledge of TAM,Dashbord, Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel. 

- Basic knowledge of the Agency Management System Applied/TAM.

- Interact effectively with various types of people on a day to day basis.
