Reviewing, evaluating and presenting the Client’s pertinent criteria can enable you to service your accounts with such efficiency the client no longer needs your attention. This allows more time to concentrate on New Business Production earning yourself and the organization more money and offering superior customer services.  In this position you’ll be a Key Team Member working side by side to accomplish aggressive objectives and implementing strategic and well thought out plans to continue leading the industry. This is a highly visible position of responsibility, interfacing with multiple departments and divisions. Success in this role can quickly open the doors to an exceptional and advanced career path.  Additional Responsibilities:  Build rapport and business relationships quickly and effectively Utilize the “Power of Persuasion” by influencing others to take a point of view or conclusion by understanding their motivations Maintain a complex schedule by effective Planning, Conferences, Teleconferences and Travel Network and Prospect with Potential Clients on the Telephone or in Person; Cold Calling, Direct Mail and Referrals, Answering or Directing Inquiries, Boardroom Presentations etc. Achieve Sales in a Consultative Manner; Maintain Customer Confidence, Service and Retention ”Close the Sale” by addressing customer concerns, demonstrate empathy while consistently moving the customer towards the commitment and common goal of the sale Complete objectives “On Time” Qualifications Needed To Succeed:  College Degree and/or substantial sales experience within an Insurance Agency or Brokerage offering Commercial Lines Insurance Must haveProfessional Liability Experience  Must have sector leading knowledge of the Property & Casualty  Insurance (Middle Market) Insurance Broker or Agency Experience Must have All required licenses and/or Certifications Documented record of achievement exceeding the "Sales goals" by consistently identifying New Sources of Business (Revenue) Must have a "Hunter" mentality!
