Commercial Lines Sr Customer Service Representative - Property & Casualty Insurance company

This company is growing and needs an experience Commercial Lines Senior Customer Service Representative. Top notch benefits offered upon hire. Oregon Property & Casualty License is required. BS/BA is preferred. The right candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in commercial lines, property/casualty business, all lines and multiple industries. MS Office experience required and the ability to enter data accurately and timely. AMS experience preferred. Put your superior customer oriented skills to work in order to gather information, build rapport and handle complaints. You should be able to adjust your message to match your customer by being a compelling and articulate speaker. Must have strong correspondence skills and be highly organized. Maintain files and a comprehensive library of reference and historical data. Be able to define your own role, take on responsibilities and manage priorities with minimal guidance. Be resourceful in gathering information and be able to interpret that information.
