Commercial/Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a commercial/personal lines customer service representative for a fast growing independent insurance firm. If you are looking for a friendly work environment that is family oriented, then you have arrived.

 

Duties for this position include but not limited to:

 

*Quoting commercial insurance for new and existing clients

*Assisting clients with changes and policy questions

*Issuing certificates of insurance and binders

*Processing company mail

*Taking payments

*Assisting company underwriters with questions and concerns

 

Applicants should:

*Work well with the general public

*Possess knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance (Preferred, not required)

 

Knowledge of Applied Insurance software and experience working in an independent insurance agency preferred. Insurance license not required to apply, but once established obtaining the license will be paid by the firm.
