Compensation Analyst

Description:Under general supervision, administers salary surveys, analyzes market pay data, conducts job evaluations, administers incentive plans, supports Compensation Consultants on projects. Answers policy and procedure questions. Provides market data in response to specific requests. Tracks requests and productivity. May specialize in the administration of executive compensation programs. Knowledge of compensation theory, practices and related legislation; effective analytical, interpersonal and project management skills; ability to retrieve, organize and analyze data using various human resources information systems (HRIS), databases and spreadsheets.Qualifications:Bachelors degree required and at least 2 to 4 years of relevant, progressive experience.
