Compliance Analyst, Financial Institution & Specialty Lines ProductsPrimary Responsibilities Include:·  Working with the insurance agency operational areas to implement legal changes and remediate noncompliant conditions·  Conducting training, as necessary, on laws and changes in law that pertain to the insurance Agency·  Monitoring and testing of Call Center and local Field Agents to ensure compliance to regulatory and corporate requirements·  Updating the Compliance Matrix, CORAD and other Risk- and Compliance-related databases (as required)·  Developing and/or enhancing and performing Business Unit Reviews/Audits·  Tracking and reporting testing results·  Reviewing operational-area policies, procedures, process flows and controls to ensure compliance with market conduct standards·  Conducting insurance agency Regulatory Compliance Analysis and New Law AnalysisA Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree·  3+ years of related experience·  Regulatory/Compliance experience (preferably as a Certified Paralegal) in the Insurance and/or Financial Services industry or equivalent work experience·  Effective verbal and written communication skills·  PC proficiency (including proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer)The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Professional Insurance designation (i.e. CPCU, FLMI)Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
