Compliance Consultant

Major Duties and Functions Include: This compliance consultant position has primary responsibility for the creation of Enterprise Individual Business field related compliance policies, procedures, releases, updates, informational communications, and training materials This Compliance Consultant is expected to partner with Home Office and Senior Field Management throughout the Enterprise to ensure that policies, procedures, and training materials meet regulatory requirements, corporate objectives, and training needs in the most efficient manner possible and that best practices are identified and incorporated. What You Need to Succeed: Five or more years financial services experience, preferably in compliance. Bachelor’s degree required and MBA or ChFC preferred FINRA Series 7, 24 required within 12 months of hire Ability to achieve results independently and as part of a team with excellent analytic and decision-making skills Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects at varying stages in a dynamic environment Excellent interpersonal and communications (written/verbal) skills Demonstrated tact and professionalism and the ability to interact with all levels of Enterprise and Field management Clear understanding of the financial services industry, particularly with respect to the sales process, products sold by Enterprise representatives, the Enterprise field force structure, and the regulatory environment. Must have imagination and creativity to address emerging trends and issues quickly and effectively. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines Work shouldn’t be something you do just to make ends meet.
