Contact Center Assistant II

Description:Performs basic and complex duties associated with providing excellent customer service on life insurance and annuity products to policyowners and agents via telephone, fax, and/or the corporate website.Qualifications:- College degree or three years of call center/customer service experience.- Excellent data entry and personal computer skills.- Strong written/oral communication skills and customer service skills.- Ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.- Ability to learn and explain rules, regulations, and procedures for insurance products.- Strong organizational skills.- Team player.Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceBeing with the best has its benefits, not the least of which is... the benefits.
