Contract Compensation Analyst

Our client, a fortune 500 company, is seeking a Contract Compensation Analyst for about 4 months. 


The Contract Compensation Analyst responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Maintains fair pay program by compiling and studying pay, job evaluation, incentive plans, and annual increase reports; notifying management of policy variances.

* Maintains pay documentation by conducting and documenting analysis of job requirements and qualifications; writing, editing, and reviewing job descriptions; monitoring and auditing job changes; updating job files.

* Maintains employee confidence by keeping compensation information confidential.

Bachelors Degree required.  5-7 years of related experience required.  Must be analytical and have strong computer skills.
