Corporate Projects Coordinator

The corporate projects coordinator at SAIF is the steward of those values, developing and leading corporate change initiatives and a variety of large, organization-wide projects and programs to position SAIF as a business leader in the areas of environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.

 

This person will develop strategies and align them with the SAIF brand and business objectives; serve as a liaison and spokesperson; and effectively influence the company’s culture, infrastructure, and practices through interactions with SAIF leadership and employees. 

 

The position partners with communication and design staff and other participants in planning, developing, and implementing communication strategies and materials for sustainability and corporate responsibility, and collaborates with training and development staff to develop curriculum and conduct related training.

 

This person also may be involved with current workforce sustainability, diversity, and work/life balance projects that impact SAIF’s position as an employer of choice for highly-qualified, talented employees.

 

The corporate projects coordinator reports to the director of strategy and brand and works closely with the vice president of corporate policy and external affairs, SAIF’s executive council, and other division leaders.
