Responsibilities:Facilitate contracts and related document routing, collection, tracking, storage and retention across the AZOA enterprise;Assist in signature routing, and ensure complete final documents and files are SOX compliant;Track status and provide required data for monthly metric reporting;Improve and design consistent approaches and processes to manage contract and related files;Provide additional administrative support to Financial Services organization as needed;Continually assess tools to optimize contract compliance and utilization.



Requirements:Solid organizational skills including time management, prioritization and attention to detail; Experience in working with contract documents desirable;Analytical skills to effectively identify, gather and organize information;Ability to tackle several projects concurrently and respond to changing priorities;Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization;Ability to lift 25 pounds.
