Customer-Service Representative II   Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Responding to customer inquiries regarding various Insurance products·  Following-up on customer issues·  Completing necessary documentation and, as necessary, escalating issues to the Team Leader   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma, GED or equivalent·  1+ year(s) of related Customer-Service experience·  Call-Center experience·  Ability to accurately answer Insurance-related questions·  Expertise in customer retention·  Expertise in the cross-selling of multiple products·  Familiarity with Call-Center Support Systems and related software ·  Strong communicational skills·  Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  1-3 years experience in a high-volume, Customer-Service Call Center environment·  Ability to accurately apply Insurance knowledge and guidelines to both internal and external customers·  Knowledge of and experience with Property, Life and Disability coverage and other Insurance Lines·  Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, AS/400-type systems and Microsoft Word, Excel and Access·  Ability to handle a high-volume workload within a fast-paced environment·  Ability to work well with all levels of staff   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
