III, Insurance Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Receiving, responding to and processing customers' telephone inquires on real estate loans in high volume call center by maintaining department's First Time Right quality and productivity standards·  Identifying the customer's issue, providing solutions, and confirming satisfaction of solution provided  ·  Setting follow-ups as needed and completing necessary documentation to resolve the customer's request, escalating ongoing issues to Team Leader, maintain timeline, and documenting system with results of call·  Completing research and follow-up on critical or irate issues for Team Leader as assigned A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High School diploma, GED or equivalent·  2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent·  Strong customer service skills·  Use 10 key by sight·  Proven ability to type minimum of 40+ wpm·  Ability to accurately apply insurance knowledge and guidelines to internal/external customers·  Ability to use PC and navigate various screens The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access and AS/400 type systems Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
