Trident Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced Customer Service Agent for our Cherry Hill, NJ location.



The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Agent is provide customer service responsibilities to our customers and insurance company partners.  This includes listening to our customers, insurance company partners and co-workers; and getting the information necessary to properly service our customer’s accounts.

 

Requirements:

· At least three to seven years of experience and/or training.

· Must be familiar with insurance agency management systems and the various insurance rating systems.

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be organized, detail oriented and reliable

· Must be able to prioritize and multi-task

· PA, NJ, or DE Property & Casualty Insurance license required
