Our full-time positions offer competitive compensation and a broad range of benefits.  Today, World Access is hiring a Customer Service Associate to;  Answer telephone calls and respond to Emails received from customers (individuals and travel agents) in a professional, caring and proactive manner. Listen attentively and deliver a friendly and personal experience to each customer. Demonstrate connectivity to clients by being available and responsive; take ownership of developing well-informed, relevant and timely solutions for customers; and anticipate customer needs by being forward-thinking. Provide accurate and reliable information to customers in a professional manner. Build trusting relationships with customers. Accountable for learning products and staying up-to-date on new product or policy changes.  Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  Possess a professional demeanor. Demonstrated superior customer service skills. Possess a willingness and desire to help others. Excellent listening skills with ability to connect with the customer. Ability to demonstrate care in handling customer needs. Ability to build a trusting rapport with customers. Flexibility: ability to adapt to on-going change and work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. Ability to take ownership for and proactively identify solutions to customer issues or concerns. Ability to acquire product and business knowledge and share that knowledge with customers.
