Customer Service/Data Entry

Home Warranty of America, the fastest growing home warranty provider in the nation, is looking to add a customer service/data entry representative to its call center. This position is a great opportunity for a skilled customer service agent who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and would like to grow with a strong stable company.

 

The individual will be working in a call center answering a wide variety of questions from real estate agents and homeowners.  This person will also be processing sales orders and vendor invoices, and vendor contracts.  This position requires the candidate to be detail oriented, well organized, a hard worker, and posses good typing and PC skills.

 

The right candidate must be reliable, truly cares about the customer, excellent phone skills, and be able to multi task. We are looking to fill the 11:00AM-8:00PM shift for this job.
