We appraise damage for all types of vehicles including light and heavy trucks, RV's, tractor trailers, boats, watercraft, heavy equipment, airplanes, motorcycles, ATV's, as well as residential and commercial structures damage.

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITIONS: Customer Service / Data Entry
EDUCATION: Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in customer service and or data entry. Experience in the auto insurance industry preferred but is not required.
SKILLS: Proficient use of Microsoft Office (MS Outlook and MS Word). Detail oriented with the ability to accurately enter information, use of professional telephone etiquette, must type at least 45 wpm (45 wpm for data entry consideration 35 wpm for customer service), and 10 key by touch. Provides exceptional customer service, able to multi-task proficiently, demonstrate ability to acquire and apply knowledge rapidly. Must be organized, independent, and work with minimal supervision. Administer excellent verbal/written communication skills and be self-motivated. Bilingual is a plus.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Review and process new assignments into our company data base (ICMS).
· Assign assignments to appropriate appraisers in our company date base (ICMS) and various web portals.
· Administer appropriate follow up to obtain necessary information on incomplete assignments.
· Confirm vehicle locations to set/arrange same day inspections.
· Respond and resolve to customer inquiries via phone, fax, and e-mail in a customer service environment.
· Work with other departments in the company to obtain information for inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction; recognize and use judgment in escalating issues to the regional representative/management.
· Handle heavy incoming/outgoing call volume.
· Demonstrate flexibility in performance duties.
