Customer Service / Health Benefits Specialist - Tampa FL
Federated Mutual Insurance Company has been serving business and families for over 100 years. Do you value stability, respect and teamwork? We are currently seeking candidates for a Customer Service / Health Benefits Specialist position in our Tampa Service Office.
This individual will answer all incoming telephone calls related to health claim questions and claim status.
Requirements include:
§ Ability to provide exceptional customer service on the phone
§ Experience with medical provider billing systems would be helpful, but not required
§ Insurance and medical terminology preferred, but not required
§ Excellent keyboarding skills
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills
§ Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
§ Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
