Customer Service Manager
Description:Manages all activities involved with the delivery of quality services to ensure the retention and growth of a variety of Personal Lines insurance products, plans, and programs within an assigned command. Oversees the timeliness, accuracy, integrity of all services to ensure superior customer satisfaction and growth for an assigned command.Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in a business related field or equivalent work experience is required. 2-4 years of progressively more responsible work experience to include at least 1 year of supervisory related experience is required. Working knowledge of a variety of different Personal Lines insurance products, plans and programs involving heavy customer contact. Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential.
