Customer Service Project Specialist Portland, ORBring your exceptional customer service skills to the following role:Represent customer service in all locationsIdentify barriers and seek resolution so that Regence customers receive the best service possibleLead project teams to ensure that project objectives are defined, scoped and delivered on schedulePerform analysis, make recommendations and coordinate the implementation of policy and procedural changes as necessary for all customer service locationsCombine your degree and experience with the following skill sets:Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Research, Psychology or equivalentMinimum of 3 years experience in Customer Service or equivalent experience in related field to gain the knowledge of and expertise in Customer Service policies, procedures, processes and systemsMinimum of 1 year experience in project managementAbility to be adept at business writing with proficiency in grammar, sentence structure, and clear, concise documentationStrong ability to verbally communicate ideas and recommendations in a concise mannerDemonstrated analytical ability to identify problems, develop solutions, communicate and implement a chosen course of action with diplomacy and persuasivenessCapability to think creatively and beyond normal business practicesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multitaskProficiency in goal and objective setting as well as project planning activitiesAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leadership, management, supervisors and employees in all divisions.Capability to facilitate/coach individuals and groups to successful problem solving in a process improvement team or workgroupStrong negotiation skills are requiredComputer proficiency with Visio, MS Project, Excel and Word 2003Ability to present information to all staff levels, including senior leadership, as well as to large and small groupsHard work and dedication is rewarded at Regence: We offer a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.For consideration, please visit our Web site at www.regence.com/careers and Apply Online to Job #16371.We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to workforce diversity and a drug and smoke-free workplace.
