Customer Service Representative (Health Claims)

Zenith Administrators is a large, national third party health and welfare benefits administrator committed to consistently meeting or exceeding our client expectations.  We provide a full range of benefit administrative services for multi-employer, single employer and public employee benefit plans.  We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative in our Phoenix, AZ office.

 

You will provide customer service to members and providers regarding health plan eligibility, benefits and claim status.  This position may also perform back-up claims processing.  Qualified candidates must have a minimum of one year experience with both customer service and processing claims in a health insurance environment; a good understanding of medical and/or dental terminology and procedures; and the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.  Must also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and be good at multi-tasking.
