Customer Service Representative - Health Claims (Multiple Openings)

Zenith Administrators is a large, national third party benefits administrator committed to consistently meeting or exceeding our client expectations.  We provide a full range of benefit administrative services for multi-employer, single employer and public employee benefit plans.  We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing Seattle Health Claims department. 

 

You will provide customer service to participants, union locals and providers regarding eligibility, benefits and claim status.  Qualified candidates must have prior experience in health claims processing or working with health claims records AND prior experience in customer service.  Must also have knowledge of benefits claims processing, a good understanding of medical and/or dental terminology and procedures, and the ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations.  Additional skills required include the ability to calculate discounts, interest, proportions and percentages and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.  Your level of skills and experience will determine your level in the job progression.  This is a full-time, 40 hour/week, hourly position under an office union contract.
