Customer Service Representative / Insurance Sales Agent

Sacramento insurance agency seeks a customer service representative to support the work of our in house insurance agents with a variety of tasks. The long term goal of this position would be to evolve into a commission paid sales agent.

 

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, organized and hard working individual who would like to be part of a small but growing business.  Ability to be part of a team and multi-task is a must. Experience in an office environment is a must, experience in the insurance industry is preferred.



 

Required Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Great customer service skills

Ability to work independently

Hardworking, organized and reliable

 



Dress code: Office casual

Work Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
